HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!


My husband and I ordered 3 rugs for over $1300 and the first rug delivered was not the rug we ordered. I was unable to speak with anyone by phone. Their returns are only communicated through email. Apparently they work "remotely" (and in 2015 you have to be VERY remote to not have telephone access!!) After 4 phone calls and losing my temper and stopping payment with my credit card company, they finally emailed to acknowledge that the rug was not correct. We have cancelled the other 2 rugs that hadn't shipped yet and will never order anything from them again. We shop online all the time and have NEVER been given this much runaround for a mistake that was not even ours!!!
